Effective November 5, 2026. Local Roofing Finder (localroofingfinder.com) is operated by Winback Engine (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What Local Roofing Finder is

Local Roofing Finder is an independent directory of residential roofing contractors in Tampa Bay, Florida. We collect publicly available information — mostly from each business’s own website and official business listings — and link to our sources. We don’t inspect, repair or replace roofs, we don’t take bookings or payments, we don’t handle insurance claims, and we are not a party to anything you arrange with a pro or an insurer.

Information can be wrong or out of date

Hours, services, methods, insurance statements, prices, photos and policies change. Every detail is shown with its source and the date we checked it, but we can’t guarantee it is current or complete. Insurance, tax receipt and method statements are shown as the business states them and are not independently verified. Always confirm with the pro, and ask for a certificate of insurance, before work starts. Nothing on Local Roofing Finder is legal, insurance or contracting advice; our guides are general information.

No endorsement, no invented ratings

Being listed is not an endorsement or a quality rating. The trust check shows which details we could verify from public sources; a missing item means we couldn’t confirm it, not that a pro is bad. We don’t write reviews or star ratings and we don’t copy them from other platforms — we link to them.

Featured pros

Some owner-verified pros are Featured. Featured pros have had a free strategy call with Winback Engine about its customer-reactivation service and may be Winback Engine customers. They carry a visible “Featured” label and can appear first in the default sort. Featuring never changes a pro’s trust check, credentials, photos or review links. More about Featured.

Photos, names and logos

Photos are credited and linked to where they were published, usually the business’s own website. Business names and logos are shown only to identify the business and belong to their owners. We don’t show photos that are AI-generated or scraped from map services.

If you own a photo, or you’re pictured in one, and want it removed, use the “Request removal” link on the photo or email hello@localroofingfinder.com with the page link and your connection to the photo. We aim to remove it within 2 business days. You don’t need to prove anything for a removal; we’d rather take a photo down than keep one someone objects to.

Business owners who claim a profile can choose to let us display photos from their website and social accounts. By ticking that box you confirm you own or have the rights to those photos and grant Local Roofing Finder a free, non-exclusive license to display them on your profile and in links to it. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we’ll take the photos down.

Other corrections and removals

Anyone can suggest a correction from any profile. Owners can claim their listing for free. To ask us to remove a listing or any other content, email hello@localroofingfinder.com.

Your submissions

When you submit a claim, correction or new business, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. We review submissions before anything changes on a public listing and may decline or edit them. Don’t submit anything unlawful, misleading, or that you don’t have the right to share.

AI assistants and agent tools

Our agent tools (/mcp and the API described at /openapi.json) let AI assistants search the directory and request quotes. A quote request goes only to businesses whose owners have verified their profile; for other businesses we contact no one and point the assistant to the business’s own booking page, website or phone. Local Roofing Finder does not book jobs, set prices or take payment, and a quote request is not a contract. Only send a request with the customer’s agreement and their real details. Automated use is rate-limited; don’t use the tools to send unsolicited messages or to copy the directory in bulk.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break security, no impersonating a business owner, and no automated submissions.

Links to other sites

We link to business websites, quote tools, review platforms, official registers and social accounts. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices or practices.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for anything arising from a job, quote, insurance claim or business you find through the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and contact
